 For behavioral/mental health virtual care, the co-pay is $35.

*Active and Fit Direct program* 

 The network of 11K+ fitness centers and 4,000+ guided workout videos, Active & Fit has expanded its
on-demand content to include 5,500+ ondemand workout videos at no additional cost.
 Monthly membership cost starts at $28/month. 

To enroll in the Active & Fit program, sign into your > Wellness > Exercise. If you don’t have an account you will need to create one. Once you login in hover over the ‘Wellness’ tab on the top of the homepage, click on ‘Exercise’, scroll down to ‘Healthy Rewards’ and in the ‘Gym Memberships & Digital Workouts’ box, click on ‘Start Savings’.  At checkout, use the customer promo code, SWEAT4SPRING.
